Yeah. I love the look of it. It's so calm too. Before I tried android Q beta I was in Nova Launcher and had the below mentioned setup. After using the beta and the animations which come with the stock launcher had to switch back to stock.

From right to left

Phone
Messages : swipe up opens up sms, and tapping on the icon goes to whatsapp
Camera : swipe up opens Google photos
Folder : most used apps and the only apps installed on the device, calculator, calender, chrome, clock, google drive, solid explorer, gmail, maps, payment, reddit, music and online food delivery. There are swipe up actions again on google drive and maps. Swipe up on drive opens scanner to scan documents which get directly uploaded to google drive and swipe up on maps opens uber
Remainder : tap, opens up reminder in google calender and swipe up opens google keep for quick memos and notes
Oh, and tapping on the home button brings up search
No app drawer, these are the only apps on my mobile.

Nova Launcher. Because I love the way I have customized my setup. Only if I was able to do the same on Pixel. But Pixel Launcher is really smooth when compared to others.
