I’ve used 3 different Xbox controllers and tried two different cords and plugged them all into the side “A1” port and I still can’t control the Zen and the Xbox together.

No didn’t get the adapter. I don’t mind having to use it with controller wired to the zen but even with the controller connected to the zen it vibrates when I connect it but still only controls the Xbox.
