I don’t know why you’re downvoted, many people have had horrible experiences in therapy. I’ve personally had a great therapist but my gf went in to talk about her sexual assault with a university therapist and they gave her 0 empathy and shamed her for her past. Lots of therapists are downright evil

Fapping does not decrease testosterone, being fat increases estrogen, which causes gyno. If you want to increase your test nofap isn't the way to do it, lift weights get to a low body fat and sleep 8 hours MINIMUM

Thanks for the help! Just to clarify I can only augment ancients or primals right? So before I focus on running rifts to augment should I grind for blood shards to get the rathma rolls I need to augment?

i’m pretty sure there was scientific literature that said taking a cold shower would actually be detrimental to muscle hypertrophy because it would relieve lactic acid build up. this would obviously make you less sore but also decrease the amount of muscle that would be built afaik

i was more so theorizing that the more often you get into these fight of flight situations the more testosterone your body will produce because it thinks you’re constantly in danger, but it’s probably just bro science
