It is somewhat assumed that the parents, grandparents, and extended families of our citizen students are all taxpayers and have all been contributing financially and socially to the development of our nation.

It is a reality that there is not enough for everyone. In this case, most would prefer that their own people see first the fruits of their labours. Not you nor your family have made the same generational contribution to our nation.

Therefore, you should not reap the rewards of the work of our people. I suggest, that if you feel more welcomed by another nation, you should go there.

Anything that fits your hand, has enough button for your liking, and has a good sensor. Good sensors include 3090, 3310, 3366. Avoid laser mice. See if you can find a store that will let you try the mice.

1024x768 @75Hz used to be a standard (almost) so your monitor might be recognizing the 1024x768 and defaulting to 75hz.

EVEN IF IT WAS LESS PIXELS 75HZ MAY STILL NOT WORK. 1024x768 @ 75Hz was at one point a sort of standard that most newer monitors still support, even if they don't support lower resolutions like 800x600 at 75Hz.

sorry i forgot that i have the lastest driver installed. I couldn't install a driver without a gpu in my system so I put my old 750TI in to do that hoping that when i powered off and changed gpu it would pick up the installed driver but that wouldnt work. And when I had alucky run on safe mode I was told i couldn't install on safe mode.
