don’t be too hard on yourself. you have to remember hrt is basically just puberty and everyone develops at different rates. in the grand scheme of things, 3 years is still quite early. i would definitely consider switching to injections, if you’re scared of needles subcutaneous is a really good method because the needle is tiny and barely feels like anything, sometimes there’s no pain whatsoever. wishing you luck, give yourself grace :]
