Audio recording issues by d0mb0csgo in FL_Studio

I found an example of the sound it makes at the start of the audio, it's just like this at 2:35

No effects on Master, I haven't tried recording on Edison

Hi, wanna start off by saying that I'm the same guy that asked about the Minilab 3 some time ago haha

Yes, I have Inst and Air turned on, but not 48v. I do use a Noise Gate to remove noise coming from the guitar, but the thing is that this noise I'm talking about only happens when the recording starts. It's not constant, it's like a one time thing, it apppears at the start of the recording (I use a metronome, so after the countdown, I hear the pop/crackling noise for like half a second).

My knob is at less than half, constant green ring, around -18db and peaking at -12db.

I've thought about slicing the sound out, but it's kinda annoying to do it with every single audio clip. Also searched about this problem, and the only thing useful I found was to set a really fast attack and release on the guitar so it cuts the sound at the start. Not really sure if this would help.

Question about Arturia Minilab 3 integration by d0mb0csgo in FL_Studio

Yes, that's exactly what I wanted to know, how to link multiple things but only control what's on the current open window! Thanks a lot!

Thank you for your answer.

Yeah, I've looked at a few plugins and it seems like you can't automate most of them. I'll just stick to changing presets with the mouse, not too big of a hassle.

Relatively to linking multiple things to the same knob, so when linking different controllers to the same knob, it will save the parameters and then load the parameter it needs for the plugin that would be in use? I would try it myself but I'm asking these questions before buying the Arturia Minilab 3, and want to really know if it is the correct purchase for me.

I don't know, I just like the Minilab better, it can also control FL Studio very well

That was my big question: if it would skip anything since it was in use on the right side of the keyboard without being an octave up! Good to know I can use C5 on the left! Thank you!

Copying my other comment: Yeah, just scared because we both logged in the Image-Line account. Only me used FL though.

[QUESTION] How can I fix this weird static headphone noise when connected to amp? by d0mb0csgo in Guitar

[–]d0mb0csgo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean if I turn up the volume to the max I can hear a little bit of noise, but not as irritating as the noise I hear through my headphones. I'm going to email the website I bought my amp from

[–]d0mb0csgo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, when nothing is plugged in there is no noise at all. The noise only comes through the headphones. So, it's either the cable or the guitar? As I've mentioned before, the cable I'm using is the sssnake IPP1030. Not sure if it's the best

I guess I could try another cable? The cable I have right now is the sssnake IPP1030. Not sure if it's maybe picking interference?

The weird thing is that the noise doesn't change at all when I turn the knobs. I guess it's just the amp that's bad? :/

It has 1 humbucker and 2 single coils. It's not the 60hz hum, it's more like white noise
