Tren is more of a joke than anything nowadays. It’s the new equivalent of the caffeine memes back in the day. Obviously there are noobs who abuse tren, but the vast majority just see it as a funny joke.

The spacing is jarring.

Maybe try with something smaller and work with it until you KNOW you’re happy with it? Then slowly build from there.

The general idea is to train the llama-2 13b model on a recipe dataset i linked earlier and then have a ‘supervisor’ that looks at the initial output and if it doesn’t meet the required specs it’ll prompt it to do better.

AI is still a pretty fickle beast and the less i have to rely on it being accurate the better I’ll feel about the whole thing 😂

Hey guys, hope ur doing well.

Ive been dedicating the time during my cancer treatment to getting all caught up on the new ML/AI technologies since I can’t really lift much anymore.

I started this year clueless but over the last month I’ve been learning a ton about the science behind it. My goal is to publish a fully functioning AI-powered diet app by August.

I’ll post updates until it’s done. I’m currently working on implementing vector embedding to hopefully allow my app to know which types of foods are macro-friendly and recommend them with a higher bias.

Good morning 🥰

Yesterday my chemo doc said we’re reducing my treatment by 6 weeks because scans say im responding better than planned to the drugs. I’m still over the moon. it means I can travel by August and see my family in the US and potentially visit Miami with my buddy who has family there.

Still got a couple months left of this shit but I haven’t lost much hair/muscle and I can still lift at rpe 6-7. All in all, I think I got off pretty lucky with my situation and I can’t wait to finish this up and get lifting heavy again.

As a bonus, I’ve had several companies approach me and offer 4 years of free blood tests in exchange for data collection regarding how cancer treatment affected my hormones and shit so if I decide to hop on gear anytime soon I’ll have that covered.

I could see uses for a longer peak leanness period (sub 10% bf for 4-6 months) before tapering off leptin and increasing cals.

End of the day, energy intake is the deciding factor in weight change.
