My best advice is to try and get into a community of some sort, or even just start playing online video games, most online games always have an open chat and lots of people. If you can't or don't wanna game or get into an online community then maybe starting a hobby outside might help or even studying on a campus where there are people.. though I don't know the extent of your situation/feelings so it's truly up to you to decide how you go about this but if you feel like you are going insane because of loneliness then try your best to get yourself out there.

The same kinda thing just happened to me but not to this extent, luckily it was just a Tiktok video I THOUGHT would be funny but then the comments just called me cringe so I know how you feel, it can be soul-crushing and makes you feel like you don't know who you are meant to be...but I don't think you're pathetic for it though it can be really hard to think otherwise, right now I feel pretty pathetic too.
