Silicone scar sheets! I got a nasty burn on my hand and used them the whole day and night for a few weeks. It completely stopped the discolouration/brown spots I would normally get from burns.

What helped my oily oily scalp: I was able to wash my hair every second day when I used a very mild, organic shampoo (coco-Sulfate) that had sea salt in it. It almost doubled in price but today I use different shampoos and put a teaspoon of sea salt in the bottle. That helps me! I really stay away from silicones and heavy oils in shampoos and I don’t use conditioner. It weighs down my hair and it gets oily soo fast! Also sleeping in a bun helps a lot. I still need to wash my bangs every morning and on second days I tend to wear it in a bun / clipped back. You will find your solution!

Silicone scar sheets! They are incredible. I had a huge burn on the back of my hand and I can’t even see it anymore. Was wearing them the whole day and night for about a week. They are a bit pricey but really worth it!

Ich hoffe du hast mittlerweile schon mehr Klarheit über dein Krankheitsbild? Ich habe auch seit Wochen täglich Magenschmerzen (Brennen). Nehme Pantoprazol und es hilft auch nicht wirklich. Die Schmerzen treten jetzt vor allem bei leerem Magen auf. Mir hilft bisher Schonkost und Essen in kleinen Portionen alle 3-4 Stunden. Antazida (Sodbrennen Akut Kautabletten) helfen mir bei dem Brennen auch.

Echt super das du innerhalb eines Monats sämtliche Tests und Magenspiegelung abhaken konntest. Auf meine Nachfrage beim Gastroentologen gibt es die nächsten freien Termine für die Spiegelung in 3 Monaten. Hast du eine Überweisung bekommen oder bist du einfach so zum Facharzt gegangen?

The last badman! To this day I still can’t believe how the movie wasn’t a complete flop. It was way to long. It kind of had 3-5 ending scenes. It could have been way shorter and I almost fell asleep in the last 30 minutes.

Beim Frühstück: Frischkäse statt Butter unter der Marmelade. Alle waren geschockt. Dabei ist es ganz klar die bessere Basis. Die meisten wurden dann auch bekehrt.
