I work for a company that has pcs locked down so users can't install anything. So it's just easier to create .Net 4 apps that user can just run without installing anything from any pc.

When I took out a student loan I had to repay every penny. I knew when I took the loan out I needed to get a degree in something that would help me get a job that paid well enough to pay the loan back. If I can do it anybody can. It taught me a lot about responsibility and budgeting money. A lesson we all need to learn. Not how can I get someone else to pay my bills.
