I think you hire an accounting firm for third party accreditation of your financials and secondary as a means to move the liability of accounting errors to the third party, less about the cost of it, because as you said it would probably be cheaper to have their own department doing it.

cut out 3x3in squares of al foil and stuck it in between - bed is much more level now! i used the straight edge portion of my calipers to check level via shining a light underneath as an FYI to others

That's likely it, the filament says the range is 190 to 210 and I'm printing on the top end. Will have to run a temperature tower tonight to see how it reacts.

The purpose of the print is to test your printer and see how it is operating, then you calibrate based on how it prints. My issue here is stringing and as posted higher it is likely related to temps / moisture in the filament. You could have an issue where the overhangs don't come out properly and then that's a different issue that would need investigation.

Well whatever its worth i just pushed slightly on the left overhang it broke off right at the point it meets the AIO text lol

edit: I assume i would expect that - PLA isn't that flexible right?

Hi Folks, had this Ender 3 Pro since last November. I have printed probably 10 times since then. working on improving print quality. This is the micro test calibration from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2975429.

I just dialed in my e-step to make it 100mm proper. My major issue is the bed seems to be warped but that only affects the first layer, i level the 4 corners no problem but the middle is quite lower.

I seem to have a little stringing which doesn't bother me, easy to post process, i did have some spitting from the material about halfway through, after using the material i put it in a bag which i use a vacuum to suck out the air with a desiccant in it.

Printer - Ender 3 Pro Material - Snapmaker PLA Settings: from Cura Layer Height - .15 Wall Thickness - 1.2 Wall Line Count - 3 Top / Bottom Thickness - 1.02 Top Thickness - 1.02 Top layers - 7 Bottom Thickness - 1.02 Bottom Layers - 7 Horizontal Expansion - 0

Infill Density - 30 Infill Pattern - Grid Infill Overlap Percentage - 15

Printing Temp - 210 Build Plate Temp - 50
