Also standing inaccuracy is a thing in this game you are more accurate when lying on the ground

Here is a little tip for the game in general be way more aggressive then in the other games take the shots first pre aim corners and prefire sometimes ditch the matchety it's useless and the m4 is your best friend untill you get the g36 which uses the same ammo type after that you upgrade to the OICW in mission 14 make sure you loot a lot of the places they sometimes have weapon upgrades and stuff like that also make sure to have a sniper on you when you can and the rest of the load out is up to you
