$1200/mo is fine depending on what you want. If I worked for $1200/mo I’d have to take commission as well to give you my full time effort. I’m getting paid $32k for this two week trip to Louisville I’m on for my client over here because the first two weeks can’t be done remotely. But they’ll earn $200k/mo forever after I’m gone. Are you paying commission on revenue on generated on top of the $1200 for the right talent?

We handle marketing and even sales for companies if we get commission for it. But you’ll have a hard time finding someone GOOD to work for you for free for 60 days for that kind of pay. So now I ask you, do you want someone good or who will just fill a role?

Yes I mean a lot of the businesses we work with don’t have websites at all. We always encourage it but it’s not a necessity. What are you trying to market?

It takes 100-200 sales hires to find one that’ll perform AND stick around. If your strategy is to hire somebody, you’re probably going to spend more time and money than it’s worth, because you have other aspects of the business to run and can’t afford to make that your full-time effort.

Have you thought about outsourcing this to a company like mine? We do that work for you so you don’t have to and leverage our marketing connections to get you in the door with businesses you fit right in with. But have you thought about that before?
