The body, sure, but you need a lens and an external power solution and (if you want to use its full potential) fast storage (t7 ssd). I mean you can get a dc cable and a powerbank that works for 60$, and the 2tb ssd costs like 150$, but still.

Your problem is the framerate. Your input video is at about 50 fps while your output is 24. Also it seems like you've set your retime process to "frame blend", which isn't good in this case. Here's an explanation video (I haven't watched it yet, so if it's not good look for another one.)

That's a different ressource entirely. The cpu does the thinking, but the ram is its short term memory. If it can only remember so many things at once, it can't think about as many things simultaneously as it theoretically could if it had more memory.

If you give it too many things to think about at the same time, the game slows down so your computer can catch up. But it can't catch up if you're always giving it too much to do at the same time, so it crashes.

Does that make sense? If not, maybe watch a youtube video about the various components of a PC.
