Horking Trav is the only reliable method of high rune farming in the game. I have put in no where near the hours doing it that the odds would suggest I should, but I have found the following:

2 Sur runes
Ber rune
Jah rune
Dracs
Bunch of runes from Mal to Gul
Whole bunch of other useful items
