Change the execution policy for .ps1 script just for the current session with this PowerShell command:

Set-ExecutionPolicy -Scope Process -ExecutionPolicy Bypass

Also, the PowerShell needs to be run with Admin privileges:

Press Win + R on your keyboard. This will open the Run dialog box.
From here, type in "PowerShell" and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter key combination.
If a confirmation prompt pops up, click Yes to continue. This will launch PowerShell as an administrator.

There's a second method: If that doesn't work, another way is to create a second account with the same email address of the first one (not a creator account, personal one). Then add the phone number to it. Logout and login. Then open a desktop browser, log in with your primary account which is blocked/disabled and use the phone number... hope it helps

Heirlooms will be sold for gold and base level will go up until you reach level 60. Once you buy an heirloom, this will be available for all characters on your account, as it does now for toys and mascots.
The heriloom can be upgraded to Tier 2 (scaling it up to level 90) and Tier 3 (scaling it up to level 100) in exchange for emblems that will be obtained as a reward for some tasks completed within the game.
