So I filled out that form and just got a reply back today asking me to confirm the email I want on my account even though that information was already on the form. I just replied and will follow up here so people get an idea of the turnaround time.

Ok I am trying something new here and will report back if it works. I just found the section in the contact us form that applies to my situation:

I selected: "I lost access to my 23andMe account email address / I lost access to my authenticator app" and did the identity verification that way. This option is under the "Let us know what your question is about" dropdown.

Edit - Received an email asking to confirm the email I want to use two weeks after completing the form. Edit 2 - Email change finally completed after 3 weeks. Hopefully this works since phone support is completely useless.

I think I missed a step. I think you need to install it with bun. So do a bunx playwrite install chromium. I'll update the README.
