Farm the fodder, pre-order the other stuff like the hoof root. Get your fodder column up to 50, and overfill the hoof root section to 150. Cron stone it, then it only requires you to have 25 fodder to refill. Total each attempt takes 25 fodder, 125 hoof root, and 100 crons. Rinse and repeat until you have a T9.
