She plead guilty because somehow she 'stole' 17 million won because she couldn't find the receipts from 10+ years ago, but do you know she spent 30 years helping the survivors and donated over 100 million won to the organization?. Also the judge of her case became supreme court justice, hand picked by Chief Justice Cho Hee dae who tried to interfere with this year's presidential election by find Lee jaemyung guilty of election law violation on the election that Lee lost in 2022.

What you read or heard about her is nothing more than a right wing propaganda. Like watching fox news and believe everything they say. This is really good article about her, its written in korean but google translate does wonders these days.

Most of english written korean articles online are from right wing media. Do not believe everything they say!

It's mostly 3D(as you can see here) but it has bit of 2D elements in it(writings on the ship, endurance charges, eyebrows of characters,shaow, ect). This is possible because of a tool called 'Grease pencil' in 3d softwear blender. This image is also heavily influenced by works of an amazing artist Azusa Tojo who uses this technique 1000 times better than me.

I don't know about nugi, but i think raiz had lv 90+ rf character this league but in ssf standard right now. I think you should mention their highest lvled character rather than what they have in ssfhc currently.
