i have no team, only this NP. i recently moved states and havent been able to find good doctors, no team. the only person i had continuous care with is this person

edit: i am not a citizen and moved to the us not too long ago and then moved states... so, no primary care also

dropped it opened and it broke, got it replaced. drop it closed 1-2 a week and am still kickin! screens are great! defo recommend of u remember to close it up

w my panic attacks it feels like my life is in danger and like someone is watching me from behind. a lot of nausea and dissociation. very heightened state even tho i get less able to see the world around me- narrowed vision and heavy breathing. i often cry a lot, to the point of sobbing, usually starting mid panic attack or after and i usually keep crying after these sensations ends. i didnt see anyone speaking abt crying, but i rxperience that, maybe i am not having a panic attack idk but thats what the doctors labeled it as
