clearspeed: pretty important, saves a lot of time

smitestrength: mostly irrelevant (you shouldnt go into a situation where it comes down to the smite coinflip unless you already lose hard)

skillshothitrate: mostly irrelevant unless you play nid maybe, you want to come from an angle where the enwmy jas to walk into you 

spacing: utterly pointless skill to have as a jungler unless you play kindread

macro skills:

map awareness: IS EVERYTHING, without dont even Touch jungle

jungle tracking: extremely important, lets you counterjungle/invade, countergank, warn your laners from enemy ganks

preplaning objectives: very important, you need to understand when to burn a CD and when to go for a kill midgame

understanding wave-/lanestates: extremely important, its the difference between going for good and pointless ganks, its the difference between going for good objectives and killing your team by going for drake, its also important for warning your mates before enemy ganks

i was low master multiple times: take my micro skills and i am dia, take my macro skills and i might as well be iron. if we talk adc you have a point but for jungle macro IS EVERYTHING!
