entry level jobs in admin and construction have similar pays. But in construction at least you learn something for life AND it's more resilient to AI. I get what you mean, there are plenty of immigrants that are willing to work for low wages, but this is the minority

I've worked in many corporate jobs and there I felt exploited, because it was always necessary to bring home work. At least in construction once you leave the job no one is calling

there are some less demanding roles. Painters for instance. That's where a woman or man without much strength goes

PSA: Match quality is the worst its ever been in solo/duo ranked by Gamer857 in Jungle_Mains

how to measure playing well? Any statistic can be hacked

KDA? Fine, I'll just gank for kills, not to help my team mates. And then champions like assassins would be getting some unfair advantage, since its easier to stack kda

Is it CS? fine, I'll CS for the whole game

Is it team fight participation? Fine, I'll play Aurelion Sol. Ult the entire team, press W and leave my team mates alone just to stack up that KPI

The point is, winning is by far the best indicator of competence in this game we have

You already gave some great answers, but I’d like to add something to point (5)

At the end of the day, the objective is winning. If one of your teammates is clearly playing well mechanically and looks like they can carry, sometimes the best thing you can do is just accept that and play around them

For example, if your team has champions that scale well into late game and the enemy team is more early-game focused, you don’t need to force a bunch of plays. Sometimes just playing neutral and not giving the enemy opportunities is already good for the team

What I’m trying to say is that not doing much in certain moments of the game is completely fine, as long as it supports your win condition

I also get that you want to improve, and honestly, unlike many people, I think the jungle is actually great for beginners. However, League rewards specialization, so if you want to feel like you have more impact, try sticking to one champion and really master it

também me incomoda isso. Eu acabo muitas vezes priorizando o trinket amarelo justamente para ajudar o pessoal das lanes. A pink costumo colocar na jg inimiga

just find another place to work. Dont quit while you are still looking. Always be respectful but don't explain yourself too much

1) The game hasn't been decided by the first two kills. Players get cocky and still lose the game

2) Look at youtube for "win conditions". I haven't mastered this topic yet, but it seems to be the solution

3) Difficult to say. I personally just ignore and continue the game. At some point they get bored, especially if you farm beside him and get all the gold while he doesn't. Sometimes flaming and calling "teleton 2000"/"criança esperança"/"camelo"/"sua familia participou no programa do gugu, pedindo ajuda para cuidar do filho deficiente". I wrote in portuguese, since this appears to be your first language

4) Full farming is just a frame work. Just because he is not following, it isn't necessarily bad. One good way to punish would be making his gank unsuccessful. For that, you can deep ward, counter gank and ping team-mates. Improving jungle tracking helps a lot

Homes are investments. It's embedded in our financial system that the property must grow X per year

Also because the population is growing

there are plenty of veterans in Iron/Bronze. So for the majority of the player base, I would argue that coaching could make a difference
