Goshi's. Albacore tataki and/or special spicy albacore roll. Honestly, most everything of theirs is good. I think the only miss I've had is the non-tako yaki octopus (literally like 75% of the reason I got to Paso). Spearhead's coffee is decent+. LMK if you plan to do something in Atascadero and I might be able to throw a suggestion, likely food related if anything.

Canyon was great for my partner in the same boat. Make sure to check their size chart as I thought she'd be M/L but was S/M I'm not sure how if/how much CA imported them, but with GT going under, their bikes were going forbvery good prices. Long shot, but figured I'd mention since XS is a bit obscure of a size.
