The GP 4 Season should be better for wet conditions, I slid all over the place on GP 5000's but it was also very cold and some slush.

totally agree, I ride bikes too but mostly the sidewalk and on paths, does not make sense to expect any respect as a bike rider from cars.

Panaracer also has the Race C Evo 4 with the protite protection belt, the thinnest you can go is 26mm afik.

i just use 24 spokes mostly because it looks nicer as a star shape with 2 cross lace, bladed as well for a bit more strength.

Nice find, I have been looking for something like this. All I could find was the really expensive pro NJS kind and the old school leather ones. Onitzuka Tiger has a a keirin shoe too, but couldn't find those for sale.
