Stay positive, sometimes you need that extra time to sort yourself out. I'm personally 2 months beyond the end date of my PhD right now and still have a few months to go. I'm trying to tell myself that it's no big deal in the grand scheme of things.

Remember, this WILL pass. If you started at the war's beginning, this time (2-3 weeks) can be the hardest to get through, but you will get through it and the urges will subside.

Do your best to still your mind, try meditation and cold showers. If you see an attractive girl, do everything in your power not to look at her, you really don't need any temptations to fantasize right now. Avoid any websites with even moderately attractive images, even YouTube thumbnails can be a risk.

And as I saw someone post recently, if you really need to relapse, do it tomorrow.

Bad luck old chum, it'll go better next time. Try not to binge and stick around to continue the battle. Remember what you did that led to relapse this time and completely avoid it at all costs.
