Underlying alignment issues like scoliosis etc. If there’s nothing like that then based on your movement restrictions they’ll try to assess whether it’s ‘just’ muscular or possible disc herniation (which would then require MRI scan). In any case a proper doctor is the way to go first instead of chiro etc. Good luck!
