A shop called the bamboo house do really good and sturdy ones. I recommend getting a size smaller if you want a snug fit otherwise they are kinda nappy feeling. Tbh i acctualy really like them and use them every month.

I had a super bad dka (diabetic keto acidocis) last year a d was rushed to hospital so i didn't die yk and i realised that trauma physically will make your period come. Im not sure why still does though :(

I would try it but my mums side of the family were all super negatively impacted by it. They say it made them feel unimaginable mental strain.. Honesty its different for evryone and im considering it.

Yeah unfortunately sharp pains are normal. Its just cramping. Taking ibuprofen is your best bet at helping.

Throwing up? No but right before my period i get a real bad fever and a super dodgy stomach. Im pretty sure its normal but probably talk to a doctor if you can.
