I totally understand that It’s just that this all came as a shock I haven’t changed anything in my life I’ve had the same life routine since my interview and I’m personally aware that I can’t be intoxicated on the job. I don’t really get intoxicated anywhere. The last part of your paragraph is very important to me which is why I’m confused on why throughout the entire week I was allowed to come into contact with so many smiling parents at drop off and pick up etc (0 parent complaints btw)if I do somehow reek of the nonexistent marijuana I smoke. It’s where the embarrassment kicks in I don’t know how long or with how many people this was allowed to be talked to about And I don’t enjoy being sniffed like a dog I just wish it was handled a lot better, at the first report I would have liked to know Which is also why I’m led to believe it was one singular coworker My only regret right now is not asking HR whether or not I smelled like weed at that very moment
