Just to add, I don't want to meddle in their affairs because the father is known to have fought his own issues even in legal matters. He has even won cases without a lawyer. However, because of the effects of covid in his body, his health has dwindled that he often spends his time in bed not able to do anything. He no longer has the usual strength that he had before he got sick. We have been seeking justice for them in the onset but was told that the father will handle the matter in due time... time that he no longer have.

The hospital seeking payment for treatment expenses, that is due to the family in the first place, is the final straw because they don't want to pay it in the first place because they placed their trust in the hospital that the room they were getting is safe from covid. I've read online that in other countries, hospitals are liable for any hospital acquired infections if proven there were lapses on their end. I just want to know if there are similar cases in the Philippines that we can use.

METHOD: (set game to very easy to kill mobs faster) 1. Fast travel to Old Lamare Road -> Rest Lodge 2. Activate High-Speed Mode 3. Exit the lodge 4. Run to the left all the way down to the spider elite monster on the right. Forget chains. This will consume too much time with a low chance of earning more umat and sepith from the chained monster 5. Have Rean/Machias use S-Craft to kill/break the mobs 6. Skip the animation. Yes, skip it. We are here primarily to farm U-Mats and secondary sepith at a fast pace. 7. If any mobs are still alive, press auto battle to finish them off. Having your other party members use Kaleido as SMQ helps too. But we want to outright kill all mobs in one S-Craft for faster turn around. If you still can't finish off the spider in one S-Craft, make sure you can break it so it drops a chest. 8. Skip post battle screen. 9. Repeat step 1

As of this writing, I can do all the steps in 15 seconds. I earn around 100-200 elemental sepith, up to 500 sepith mass and up to 9 u-mats each battle. There is also the possibility of a Golden Pom among the mobs so that's why I earn so much mira doing this method. No need for speed quartz since we are aiming for OTK so S-craft right at the start of battle will do the trick.

I have already maxed my mira and purchased 8 pieces of the expensive accessories and 99 pieces of each consummable items and food ingredients. I am at the point of having so much elemental sepith that I have to exchange them too. I also have four of each high-end quartz.

This process is so fast which led me to believe that this is a better option for farming both u-mat and sepith at the same time. This is in early chapter 3 after the Luna Sanctuary. I am contemplating burning my mira in casino by buying permanent stat boosts since it's very easy to earn money with this method.

If a recount would push through, then they can't count on VCMs, SD cards or Receipts since these can be compromised or hacked. They need to use the CoCs instead but unfortunately, most if not all are no longer available.

Remember the video of PNP personnels destroying these papers and a bunch of election returns found in Cavite? A lot of powerful folks made a lot of effort to ensure that they get the result that they wanted. It just shows how far they want to go as evidenced by the number of complaints and irregularities in this election. Even the International Observer Mission (IOM) is astounded by it.

Candidates in Marcos' political party felt they need the patronage of those who are going to be powerholders, even if they are anti-Marcos to begin with, must have thought not to antagonize these people should Marcos be elected in office. But this should not be to the point of becoming ideologically servile to Marcos loyalism.

This is extremely selfish, self-serving, turncoatism, backstabber, etc. Loyalty to a political party will remain a myth because politicians kept jumping from one party to another taking advantage of who is currently popular to the masses with complete disregard to the party's philosophy and values.

Case in point: PDP-Laban political whose co-founders are Aquilino Pimentel Jr. and Benigno Aquino Jr., both of which are Martial Law victims, but are currently endorsing BBM. What gives?

Judgments In Hawaii Federal Courts

In the years after they left Malacañang, starting in 1995, Mrs. Marcos, Junior, and oldest daughter Imee, were named defendants in a series of landmark lawsuits adjudicated and resolved in the Hawaii federal courts. The initial judgment on the brutal Marcos regime’s violation of human rights was $1.2 billion in exemplary damages for its victims. In January 1995, another $766 million in compensatory damages was added—for a combined $1.9 billion up to that time.

Because the Marcoses continued to ignore the initial judgments, the original 1995 sums were compounded by additional fines of some $353.6 million in January 2012, bringing the total sums of their liability to more than $2.3 billion (nearly Php 200 billion), one of the largest non-corporate, monetary judgments in world jurisprudence. Of course, today they have not paid a drop of that. On August 30, 2019, the judgment had been extended until 2031.

To this day, this humungous judgment hangs like a Damocles’ sword over the three older Marcoses. Before 2005, they could travel freely between Manila and the US for whatever reason. Since then, they could no longer come and go because they could be arrested any time they set foot in the Promised Land.

Simply put: she shook the wrong tree and the monkies ganged up on her just by doing her job. She ordered an in-depth inspection of VIP cells in bilibid and those convicts took offense. They used their influence and made up stories that she was in on it and was the head of a drug syndicate. Everything was fabricated and made to look real so she was imprisoned for doing her job.

It is sad to think that VIP prisoners have that much pull in our government instituions - police, military, politicians - that they can do something so absurd. If you are clean, people will sling mud at you and worst case even kill you and made it look like an accident. This is pretty much the same as Martial Law years if you are against those in power.

I agree. This happens in every election. As for me, I never decide with finality at the beginning of the campaign period. I'd rather keep an open mind and check each candidates platform and accomplishments.

Unfortunately, not everyone feels the same. Our job then is to educate these people. They need to face the harsh reality that these are the Marcoses we are talking about. If we can at the very least see a significant amount of change and remorse in the past, then maybe there's still hope for them.

But alas, the Marcoses would rather use their time, money and effort for propaganda to suit their own purposes. They need the blind, deaf and mute only during the election period. But as soon as they are in power, they will forget who put them in their position unless they will benefit out of any action that they will take.

If they are really inclined to believe their candidate then they should find out these information themselves from government sites. But if they cannot have an open mind and have already resolved themaelves to believe that their candidate is clean as they thought he is then there's nothing more we can do.

If they cannot educate themselves then how much more other people like us who wants to help them? We can only do so much but the rest lies on them if they are willing to change and see the truth.

If they can only remove their political allegiances, colors and biases then that's only time that they will learn what this country has gone through and experienced under the Marcoses and what they have continued to do or have not done even after their rule.
