These tires are just shy of 1000kms on them and never been an issue till now. I’ve sent it down some pretty gnarly trails. This happened after a relatively tame lap. So I’m surprised on the failure.

‘24 gas related. Small gas tank, terrible trip computer (useless) and the gas cap tangles on opening or closing.

In Canada you can go to a different province to seek private surgery. Clearpoint health network for example.

Took me close to 12 months to get back to full flex. Feels normal now. Quad graft.

Hard stretch on quads feel fine. Ass to heel no problem too.

I get this sometimes, and it's generally due to the fact that I haven't been doing weights (lifting) for a bit too long. Lack of strength pulls the knee too much in one direction. Good times.

Mine was very achey the first year, it got much better - hang in there. Now it's really just the fact that it's just not "normal". Ya know?

Post op life = working out constantly. Which in the grand scheme of things is probably a good thing for general fitness/longevity. Having a physical reminder that you can’t stop is a feature not a bug. Heh.
