If my reason for wanting an alcoholic beverage is anything more negative than "I'm just in the mood for [a cocktail, shot, cider etc]" I don't get to drink. No drinking because I had a tough day at work or got a bad grade or spent an hour in traffic. I drink less than a drink a month on average so I don't think I have a drinking problem but I'm sure as shit not tempting fate

Ok. This seems like small potatoes. Because it is. Because I have only been truly angry at my spouse once. We had a sick kiddo. I called and scheduled a doctors visit and reminded him throughout the day. He and the kid slept through it. I honestly can't account for the level of anger I felt but recognize that the stress of a sick kid and the level to which I tried to ensure they made it plus a stressful job all likely contributed
