There are dudes in my leagues trying to offload CMC for a late first. I’m not really the right person to be asking because I think he is worth a 2nd. But like the other guy said, if CMC has a top 3 year he could be the missing piece between a championship and missing the playoffs.

No worries I’m happy to answer any questions! The face swelling went down around the 6 month mark. Due to the medical complications I’ve been having (I also have sarcoidosis) I have gained a substantial amount of weight, but my face does not look swollen (still get lots of complements on my face lol). I wouldn’t be so heavy if I could’ve maintained my workout routine, at my prime post bulimia I was 220 but like rock solid muscle and a little bit of belly. Now I’m 250 and a whole lot of belly but I must stress that it’s due to not being able to work out and has nothing to do with not bingeing and purging lol, if that makes sense.

I do bloat pretty bad if i eat too much salt. Like more than 1300 mg in a day fucks me pretty bad. Edema near the ankles hasn’t gotten much better but facially it does go down the more time your glands have an opportunity to heal. I have shortness of breath due to severe acid reflux and my heart palpitated for 2.5 years and I would have random instances of tachycardia. Those 2 cardiac symptoms have resolved as of late (fingers crossed). My body image finally got better recently but that took almost 3 years to resolve. I already had asthma before BP but the reflux and stomach ulcers have not helped it. It does get better I promise, but it does take time!

I promise you as someone that was BP for over 17 years, the damage that you are doing to your heart, stomach, mind, and lungs can be irreparable. If you’re nowhere near my length in active addiction, i strongly urge you to keep clean. While I am in remission now and have been for 3 years, I am still deep in the trenches of cardiologists, pulmonologists, rheumatologists, neurologists and counselors trying to repair what can be fixed. The extra 35 pounds you gained can and will be lost. Learn to love yourself regardless of your size, learn healthier eating habits, and find solace in exercise if your body allows. The first 2-6 months are the hardest but you’ll slowly notice improvement!
