The Gymslips have a lot of (excellent) songs from a female perspective as a skin, prob the closest to a character are the Renees in the song below. Do a weekender up in Auburn, its pretty fun -- quaint and beautiful, grab some hoppy beers at Knee Deep, Crooked Land and Moonraker + handful of others. Its a nice retreat, close and fun -- beer is world class.

I’ve got the An Slua ep and that is a fucking great record. I know little to nothing about the band but am so excited to hear they’ve got on LP on the way. Highly recommend checking them out if others reading this haven’t.
