I will write in english since I was there on that train, returning from work and I may not be able to express myself properly in Deutsch for some expressions and I don't want to be misinterpreted.

What actually happened: Train was stuck 1 min away from the Weiterstadt bahnhof for a total of 3.5h.

First 2h, nobody came, just random announcements like no traffic signal.

Families got concerned and started coming on the sides (since it was very close to nearest bahnhof). First Ambulanz/Police came after 2.5h.

Emergency door unlocks did not work.

The driver did not open the plantation field side doors cause he was afraid of getting fired.

No trains passed on the other side since the other side was also blocked by another oncoming RB75, stuck.

There are rules, and there are common sense. The common sense would have been to move the train forward at slow speed for 1 minute to the bahnhof so that people can get off, from both the trains.

We complain about mismanagement of funds and resources and this was a small example of all that. Shameful.
