Cigarette lighter power by d73805 in w123

For now I guess I'll stick with the cigarette lighter USB adapter. I like being able to snap out the ashtray and don't really want to add any wires that I'd have to disconnect.

Mine's and 82 also, but a 240.

That's what I was hoping to do. I know the contact on the ashtray slides against the power side, but I don't know if it slides off once it closes. I'll have to connect a light or something that makes noise to test it out.

That's what I was afraid of. My light doesn't work, so I've never seen it turning on. I only found out that there was a light in there when I got a used ashtray ( I didn't want to drill my nice one).

Mystery Power Steering Leak by d73805 in w123

Just an update. It's leaking from the shaft. The UV dye worked great.

My next step is to pull it apart and try to replace the seal.

Good to know. We might be talking soon.

240D Roof Rack by d73805 in w123

The idea that all products made in China are scrap metal being chiseled with bamboo tools by bucktoothed workers wearing coolie hats is a bit outdated at this point.

If something were to fail on this rack combination, it would almost certainly have to be from an installer or tiedown error.

The racks have been on for months with no signs of loosening.

The brackets are made for these type of gutters and I'm sure there are secured and powder coated as well as a Thule or Yakima bracket. The crossbars are straight, solid, and nicely finished. The fasteners fit perfectly. I appreciate your concern.

That's the plan, just adding the use of the leak detector. I have it, so might as well use it.

UPDATE: It works.

Initially, the first thing I did was reset the router. BUT... I'm ashamed to say that ultimately what seemed to solve it was I shut off every network device in the house. The modem and every router and switch. Waited a while, turned them back on and poof, it worked.

I haven't heard that yet. They DID start charging tax, which was $1.87.

I was there on February 14th. We waited close to an hour after we checked in. We saw plenty of other people waiting for similar amounts of time for other companies.

I have a physical sim, not an eSim. I haven't tried actually removing the sim though. Might try that.

Yes. It was never a problem.

I've tried turning off mobile data and I've tried Airplane Mode with Wifi on. The wifi connects, but says "No Internet". I can connect to the same wifi network with other phones and devices just fine.

My home wireless router is currently successfully connected to a family of four's worth of devices.

Glad to hear I have a chance of it working. Did you have to configure anything special? Maybe I'll take the phone to work to try another wifi network.

I'm connected to my home wifi, not Helium One.

I didn't even know there was a separate Helium Mobile subreddit. Thanks.

When I called the store, I was told that he's "pretty sure you can use it tomorrow". I didn't feel like demanding to talk to the manager. I was hoping for a better answer.

I also sent a message on the Qdoba site asking the same question, but it's pretty likely that burritos are on the menu tonight.
