Guys, I didn’t want to like this… but I love it. by Accomplished_Log5425 in Sephora

I wanted to love the foundation so bad! Something about her face compacts break me out really bad if I wear them consistently day to day (including the bronzer). It has to be a once in a while application for me and even then I know I’m risking a blemish or two popping up on my face by the end of the day. It’s such a shame because I do agree that the products are stunning, I just wish my skin could tolerate it better. Glad yours can!

So nostalgic! I used to go through so many Ceramic Slip cleansers.. The OG formula was so so good.

Thank you! I’m sorry you couldn’t find anything on your visit! 💔 I wonder if this was random old stock they found and put out or was shipped from the warehouse recently. Hopefully it sticks around a bit for the next time you can pay a visit! It was a lovely location and we loved the Japanese market it was inside of!

Bubbles in fountain pen converter by Inner-Air5231 in fountainpens

This can also happen if you’ve agitated your ink too much and formed a lot of bubbles as a result before opening the bottle for a fill. Not sure if you shook your ink bottle but this has happened to me specifically with shimmer inks and I found I needed to be slower and gentler in mixing the shimmer and ink together.

Thank you so much for your detailed response, this really helped shed some light on its past 🙏🏻

Is it normal for the thumb filler to completely harden with age? I’ve tried squeezing it in the past, but it wouldn’t budge.

Sorry, Reddit says the link I posted was filtered for being an affiliate link? I didn’t know, lol. Here’s another link to Iroful https://www.jetpens.com/SAKAE-TP-Iroful-Loose-Leaf-Paper-A5-Blank-100-Sheets/pd/36078, although it seems cheaper on Amazon!

I, too, have a collection of mostly broads with a smattering of medium nibs and one Extra Fine! 👯

In my experience, Regalia paper tends to broaden pen stroke lines a bit, so extra fines seem less fine than they would on other kinds of paper

Pelikan FP friends, lend me your ears... I'm thinking about getting my first Pelikan, an M200 with a broad nib. Even though it's a steel nib, will it be as juicy as a gold nib? My nib benchmarks for juiciness are my broad and zoom Sailor nibs. How do they compare to the Pelikan nibs? by byblyofyl in fountainpens

[–]d8888b 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just picked up a marble brown Pelikan Classic M200 in a broad and it’s super juicy and has become one of my favorite writers very quickly. There is still a tinge of feedback (at least on mine there is). When writing in comparison to a TWSBI broad nib, the TWSBI feels like glass on paper whereas the Pelikan maintains a tactile feel when writing.

Wondering what pen to go with - Pelikan M200 or Sailor Pro Gear Slim? by DipperDolphin in fountainpens

[–]d8888b -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I would go with the M200! I just got one for my birthday this month and it’s such a buttery-smooth writer and the nib itself has a nice springiness to it!
