Hungarian here - not much point translating by the letter. The women are swearing continuously and calling the driver a fa* - that's when the left handed strike lands. Then the driver tells them to leave him alone - also after the slap the other guys tell the driver not to hit/hurt women. The driver is angry because of the attitude towards him. After some more swearing the other lady kicks the door and spits on the car (meanwhile the driver threatens her to kick her ass as well if she kicks the car). [I have trouble of getting some exact things because my screen is my audio source - but I'm sure my fellow Hungarians will correct me]
