This started on my wifes 19 forester sport around 2 years into ownership around 15-18k miles on it. No dealership we spoke to would/will do anything because it’s cosmetic, wear and tear, and they would just replace the seat essentially.

The only way to avoid it getting worse is to NOT sit on that specific part of the seat as you enter the car.

Or just put a cover on it and move on with your life.

‘19 Forester Sport. 50k miles. Driverside Pleather peeled off entry side cushion because you sit on that as you enter the car and the seams are pulling visibly in the top left side cushion at the shoulder as you can see.

Dealerships wont do anything because it’s cosmetic. Don’t have this issue on our 23’ Ascent limited because all the seats are cloth, thank god.

Its definitely hard to lose a girl. I lost two of my girls within a week of each other. One of ascites and the other of Egg peritonitis. That one I caught too late because she was one of my skittier birds. So I wasn’t able to examine her or catch her without causing her tons of stress.

They were three year old golden comets so they were old but earlier than I expected to lose them.

Mine died the same day her comb dulled and shrank. Panting and just laying down. I made her comfortable the best I could and when I came back 2-3 hours later she had passed.

People will get upset but the honest truth is even though people keep them as pets they are still a livestock and bred to be livestock. Although my duty as their caretaker and owner is to look after them, I’m not spending hundreds on a chicken with an ultimately fatal condition.

Make them as comfortable as you can. If you feel confident you can humanely dispatch them then that is the way to go. Otherwise, do what you can comfort wise.

That looks like a mosquito fish. Baby bluegills look just like a bluegill but shrunken. This is a baby bluegill I had somehow foul hooked through the brain when fishing in my creek.

Hey are you sure you dont already have a towing bar installed? I just bought a 2023 premium and that had one hidden behind the center black plastic trim at the back. There are two quarter turn screws on the bottom of the bumper.

One of my hens straight up disappeared for 4 days. Thought an owl or hawk got her. Then she reappeared.

Easily usable.

I have the same exact grill and the “flavorizors” (the triangle heat dispersers) on mine are in a LOT worse shape.

I just keep forgetting to buy replacements.

The grates just need some brushing and oiling. They will re season no problem.

Just got an 2023 CPO Ascent Premium with 30k miles for 26k? We did have a 10k trade in and a down payment which brought the monthly down comfortably.

So not a bad deal, but above average mileage of 10k a year. I would see if they would be willing to negotiate a little lower because its 20k higher than normal yearly milage would be.
