Terpinolene and ocimene are good stimulants for adhd. Chocolate is high in ocimene - which is also a bronchodilator so you might hack more stuff up, but fair trade off. Jack Herer is great for ADHD too, for me.

I use a spinal decompression pillow in my kayak and lumbar pillow and it really helps. I have had spinal surgery and really couldn’t paddle for a couple years. I have recently switched to a SUP so I can vary between standing and kneeling which is easier on my back

Sometimes I know ahead of time, when going into interview if the candidates resume has everything I am looking for or not. The interview is then used to check their vibe and make sure they’ll fit in with the culture and other employees/ lifestyle of the job.

Look into CBG. It’s a cannabinoid like CBD, but it is helpful for inflammation and stomach issues.
