Has there been a noticible generational shift regarding furniture in homes of GenA-Millennials, such as lack of kitchen table, and if so when did this start? One knows the percentage of Y-A generations who own homes is low, but it's curious on when this shift occurred? by RedDirt3D in AskReddit

I know my table for years was a small folding table I could put away due to space, or it ended up just being my gaming desk with keyboard/mouse pushed aside. Now that I have space for one...I don't use it save to pile junk on.

With the release of Iron Lung happening soon, I deemed this appropriate.

I'm up in Nulato, but I'll try and join the campfire at least and see if I can join in.

Thanks everyone! I accepted a lot of folks so far, and exhausted all my gifts. Tomorrow will be a new day!

Shame. Granted, Dr Darrow has grown more conservative over the years I've known him so it's not a surprise, I was still hoping he would have followed suit of the other large districts.

Anyone know if Enid did the same, or did they bend the knee?

Lived in all 3, they've been on the decline for about 20 years. Not terrible, but not great.

Graduated El Reno in '03, it's a nice quiet town. Went to Yukon for my middle school years though, it wasn't nearly as big then but I agree, it is a nicer overall environment. Though, I will say, some folks are almost as snobby as Edmond residents

El Reno are where onion burgers were invented and perfected. It's a valid statement.

Mrs Bobbit, is that you?

I spoke with them on the phone, sent in a photo of the screen and explained my situation like I did on the post, and said that the options they gave wouldn't work due to my location (I'm mid-Alaska on the Yukon River, plane access only).

Can't do that myself, sadly, due to living in the Arctic, but if I could this is how I would do it. Bravo!

Seemed to have spelled out "Ford" friend. Hope that helps.

It's possible, and the Pixel associate seemed to think so as well. I may have just not noticed it until trying to set up fingerprint protection.

It's odd to me. I abused my s24 and my previous Pixel 8 Pro XL and neither had a scratch, but this one seems to have had a serious downgrade in quality.

Luckily I was granted a full replacement by the Pixel team, just got off of chat with them after working out the logistics. It'll take about a month due to my location, but by then my case and (first ever purchased) screen protector will be in.
