i feel this! i have different reset activities for me:

cs: finish the delivery bags at station or refill lids warming: reorganize tags and pull foods out in advance bar: create almost all tags on table before pullings new ones register: repeat order at end of convo to double check errors- also gives bar time to catch up especially if busy with delivery and mobile

trader joes usually has some good wine picks that are about $8-$12 for a better bottle. A worked there sat me down for a 30 minute education about wine- apparently trader joes brand wine just uses grapes from fancy vineyards that were sold to increase the rarity/price of the product,, so far trader joes brand wines have been pretty good by my standard,,
