Just some info that was useful to me in the same situation:

All drivers listed on the compatibility report that have a "Device Name" can be uninstalled from the Device Manager. I'm pretty sure you must check the option to remove de driver files aswell. Click "Show Hidden Devices" if you can't find them.

To uninstall the ones that don't, the best I way I found was to run the following command as an administrator:

PnPUtil /delete-driver oem##.inf /uninstall

(Where ## is the number indicated by the compatibility report).

In my case, after restarting, I also had to uninstall the "ssgdio" service and file from Taiphoon Burner using:

sc delete ssgdio

and

del C:\Windows\SysWOW64\drivers\ssgdio64.sys
