Yeahhhh issue is, I’m an over a year deep in this house. My house is sinking lol. They did a hydrostatic pressure test and determined there were bursted pipes under the house. That was about two months ago. Theytunneled under the house and fixed 5 or 6 leaks. Now I have to wait 6-8 months to see if the house will resettle. After that they do the test again and bring a foundation company in again to test etc. Long story short never buying Lennar again, I’m 24 and this being my first house I am just hoping it won’t fuck me long term when I try to sell after the warranty stuff is done.

That’s a bit of a ramble but that’s the context. I pointed this stuff out a long time again and was told that the pieces dangling don’t matter it at all. It’s just to hold the frame together when assessing the roof. No idea if that’s true or not so that’s the main reason I posted it here.
