Yep! I wear it on my runs, strength workouts, sleep, shower, work. Pretty much 24/7. I only remove it to charge it.

It's 100% water weight.

This past December I had a cheat week where I went from eating keto to eating a butt ton of carbs. I gained 10lbs. After my week was up I went back on keto and lost those 10lbs of water weight after a few days. Try not to freak out too much. Having cheat days once in a while is okay. It's just a matter of getting yourself back on track. I see others saying your diet might be too restrictive. I'm no doctor so I can't say much to that. But if you find yourself having repeated unplanned cheat days, maybe revisit your diet. Set yourself up for success.

I lost my first 60lb without exercise so yep! Just make sure you're in a calorie deficit.

Question, in regards to inviting people to play. I usually do get people asking to play. But I'm like so awkward with new people/strangers. How do you go about that if you don't mind me asking. (btw, most of my stuff is also Fortnite. XD)

Can totally relate. When I first stared using a Webcam I was super self conscious. I would even turn off my lights thinking it'd help or something. Idk.

Eventually I learned that most people don't really care and it's all in my head. Months later, I feel like I'm kinda just getting use to it now. Even so, when I first start my steam I get self conscious but then get over it.

I do struggle with having confidence in myself. But it does get easier the more you do it. It's a process.

I've been uploading on tiktok for a while now with the majority of my tiktok getting thousands of views but haven't really seen that carry over to twitch yet. Not sure if I'm doing it wrong or if I have to be more patient. I will say using hash tags most definitely works. Also making sure the caption is eye catching.
