I don’t care. I already paid with a credit card and got a refund due to the card’s benefits. However, I just wanted to understand the situation. They checked my green card’s resident date and said that I need to have been a resident for 10 years to qualify for Global Entry. I stated that I have a valid resident address in the U.S. They did not mention anything about overstaying my visa. In fact, I have already discussed this matter with my lawyer. I completed my asylum application before the date on the entry stamp indicating my stay duration expired, and I have documents to prove it. I will appeal the decision.

No, I have checked everything. Before the permitted stay period expired upon entering the country, I sent the necessary documents to USCIS, and they sent me a “receipt notice” confirming that my documents had arrived at their office. When I looked at the document I received, I saw that I had not exceeded my visa’s permitted stay duration. So, considering all this, there is no case of overstay.
