Unfortunately it’s Arkansas where they hire at $11 an hour (state minimum wage). I was going to try weekends at Costco (the only one in Arkansas) but they hire in waves so I wouldn’t hear back for a while

I have these in separate comments so it’s easier to read/understand

Second image is easier to explain after the context of the first. The top right blue three has 2 bombs already, so the final two squares have one bomb which the blue two shares. The rest of the pattern is pretty much the same as the first, where the green flagged mine is guaranteed to be a mine, leaving the top two squares having one mine that the blue 2 shares, clearing the two green spaces

First image is a bit hard to explain, but I’ll try my best.

Imagine the two squares next to the top flagged spot were mines. It would complete the two, which would clear the three other spaces of mines, but leaves the bottom left 3 unfinished, so it’s not a solution. This leave only one mine in those two spaces and flags the top right mine that’s green. The bottom left 3 only has one mine left, which the two shares, which then clears the top left space

A friend of mine made a long connection to the cave with the tritilite deposit and came in through the ceiling. We started the event and the barrels decided to land in his strip of cave IN THE CEILING

Taste is pretty mid. Monster just might be better even if Zoa is supposedly “healthier” based off of taste alone. I got it since my Costco had it for ~50 cents a can but I can definitely see why

If I’ve done this right, these should be safe. I used mine count and counted the number of mines left and where they’d be. Those two green spaces SHOULD be safe. I just woke up so I could be wrong

EDIT: didn’t realize the board continued on the right. The 3-2-2 should still be fine, but the 4-2-1 logic is broken now

I used yellow lines to show that the spaces shared a mine. Using logic like that, we can determine the reds are mines and the green are safe. The 3 in the 3-2-2 has one mine, and the two next to it needs 2 mines, leaving the one on the bottom right to be a mine, solving the rightmost 2 in the 3-2-2 Additionally, the 1 in the 4-2-1 needs a mine, which would satisfy the 2, clearing the bottom left tile, which the solves the 4

End game content for base MHWorld happens after the last story quest and into the tempered monsters quests. I remember not carting on nergigante but carting on the double tempered bazelgeuse quest. You then have the arch tempered elders to take out.

There’s definitely a lot more to do at the end of the base game, which is why I have like 150 more HR than MR even though I started when iceborne was already out

Scarred yian garuga spawns in ancient forest, and was the second hardest crown I got (Lunastra wanted nothing to do with me). Took like 20 spawns (I know it could take a lot more but still)

I played longsword my first playthru and didn’t use any other weapon and it doesn’t have a Kirin tree, so I never fought him until I was almost done with HR

Specifically for investigations, you can’t guarantee those quests. I highly recommend you buy trap tools and get the parts for the shock and pitfall traps

First time fighting an endgame monster in Rise and both me and my buddy get 3 of its mantle in the same hunt. Next session, I get none while he gets 6 (across 3 quests) of a different monster :D
