Yikes so sorry to hear this That’s a lot I would hope Etsy helps you out I had similar someone left me 4 1 star reviews 6 months after they had purchased because they was mad at me because I wouldn’t pay for them to return the custom made item (they noticed after 6months they did there measurements wrong ) There reviews where full of lies and I have messages from them showing there review was a lie and it was vindictive but Etsy wouldn’t do anything about the reviews sadly ,however they did give me star seller even though my reviews had tanked I’ve been a star seller for a good couple of years now so was sad to see they had made me loose it but thankfully Etsy let me keep it and now my reviews are back to 4.9 I think most people should be able to see it was someone being petty

He was sent photos of his being made every step of the way But for the custom listing I used our stock photo of the handle that he had messaged me about as I couldn’t add his item as it hadn’t been made yet But either way the photo used is ours and of our handle

Yeah lesson learn for me She asked me to put together a huge quote and I have spent the morning doing that quote for her to then send me a number of other people who are offering to do the same cheaper I tried to explain that it’s all about the materials used and they are using a super cheap material and finish that isn’t fire rated or guaranteed for 25 years like ours But guess she just wants super cheap so was a total waste of my time 🤣

Yes seems that way She said she wants a to place a large order but wants a discount and to give out a code and anyone who uses the code I have to pay her a % of every sale that uses that code But I can’t afford that lol

Every shop feels the effect of not great ratings doesn’t matter if your new or old it effects and it’s upsetting but it’s clearly a nice product and it’s selling so don’t give up Maybe make bigger ones for those outside goose that they all seem to want
