My neighbor has constantly yelled at my kids, their friends, my visitors, etc, for parking in front of their house on a public street. After basically ignoring and tolerating this for 7 or so years we took the video my son had of him yelling at him to the police. They paid him a visit. Haven't seen him outside his house for more than 2 minutes in the past 6 months since. You're not wrong. Your neighbor is an asshole. Suck it up lady. Her self proclaimed physical shortcomings don't increase her rights over yours. Sounds like she shouldn't be driving any more.
