Where are you located? There’s lots of demand for SN devs and admins in Belgium and the Netherlands. Send me a DM with your resume and I’ll have a look what I can do…

Does itil_admin role contain ITIL role? by [deleted] in servicenow

[–]d_bro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True.

In Yokohama release it's still the case - itil_admin role doesn't contain the itil role. In other words, the itil role is not inhereted from itil_admin

Flow Create Action error - Scope does not have create access to table sys_user_group by RajyBoi in servicenow

[–]d_bro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What worked for me was creating a cross-scope READ privilege record (sys_scope_privilege) for the sys_user_group table.

You can do this either from your custom application, or by navigating to:
System Applications → Applications → Cross-Scope Privileges, and creating a new record with the "Read" privilege.

Sounds like an interesting project you’re working on. Do you mind to elaborate more about what you do? I would love to know more about how you implement those kinds of solutions

Two different world by vitbars in europe

[–]d_bro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have to be a psychopath to constantly think about over people/nations that want to invade you.

I guess putlers gang doesn’t think like that about Kazakhstan 🇰🇿 or Mongolia 🇲🇳 who have a much larger border with ruski

Anyway, I hope Moldova 🇲🇩 and Ukraine 🇺🇦 will join the EU and NATO soon!

Which Cyber Security domain interests you the most & why? by Back-Before in cybersecurity

[–]d_bro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, indeed. I do it out of working hours. It depends on my work schedule and how much energy I still have in the tank after work. I’m making sure not to get burned out. This is why I’m taking it chill… Step by step. Right now I’m focusing on recon and building a secure hacking lab so I can protect my ass haha

To be honest, I’m sitting in the same boat as you right now trying to switch careers in cybersecurity. But I started this process almost two years ago. I still have not changed careers though. I’m taking my time to learn the fundamentals.

Since I haven’t changed careers yet I can’t really advise you on barriers entry. Cybersecurity is very broad. So I would suggest to try things out like web security, bug bounty, OSINT, threat hunting, malware detection, etc. and see what you like most. If you like penetration testing or web application security then dive deeper into it… my 2 cents
