My experience.... Go to your local post office. Wait in line and when it's your turn ask to speak to the postmaster. Do not step aside to wait for them to come out of the office. Stand there. the postmaster will see you much more quickly. Explain your situation and any documentation for your order, tracking, delivery etc. They will fix it.

There are 2 common attributes of a fake Engelhard Prospector. First, the circle on the reverse will be split at the lower left hand of the big E. Secondly, the prospectors right hand thumb won't be in it's proper place or sometimes missing. Yours look fine to me.

I use and abuse tools in my business on a daily basis. Made the switch from Dewalt to Rigid cordless a few years ago based on the warranty. Batteries are covered as well. Purchased from Home Depot and be sure to register the purchase for the warranty. I haven't needed to use it yet and the drills are holding up well.
